I had
seen some brother/sisters really love Fish.
They think Fish is one of the best Christian, they admire how close he is
to God, they listen to Fish’s message a lot and they love to sing his hymns,
etc. Do you see any difference in
behavior for those brother/sisters?

With
the recent conflicts in Seattle, there is a clear line drawn between the
brother/sisters who support Fish and those who don’t. And with this line, I have observed some
commonalities from those who unconditionally support Fish / Church
Pastors.


Here
are some common patterns that I had
observed from the brother/sister who support Fish:


1. They place 100%
absolute trust on what Fish and church pastors say without the need of any proof





2. They avoid using their critical mind when dealing with church
problems





3. They have high emphasis on emotional experience then proper scriptural
interpretation





4. They believe the ultimate way to get answer to these
church problems is to
ask God and God will give
themselves a perfect answer miraculously





5. They stress that all the negative information they heard about
Fish/church are false






6. After you have proven to them that those things are true,
they challenge back saying "everyone makes mistakes", we should
forgive
them





7. They believe if Fish is unfit as a leader, God will
not let him be leader. So in contrary,
since Fish is still church leader, thus it is in God's plan and Fish must be a good
leader





8. They tend to block themselves from hearing any negative information regardless of whether
it is true or
not





9. They repeatedly convince themselves that they are in a state of
happiness (even though
their expression tell you otherwise)





10. They praise meeting from
Vancouver had helped them
a lot in their spiritual life but it is unclear that “what” part of the meeting
had helped them and “how”

我期望見到教會是求同存異，而非清除異己，讓不同的意見和聲音鞏固教會，比只有單一的聲音來得更好和健康。各位都能從稗子比喻中體會稗子的作用，當然我非在說我們是稗子，但為何教會容不下我們呢？聞說，我很快會被解決了，心中也熱切期待不用等到六月三十日，事件有一個了斷，避免嚴重影響心靈。

又觀察得幾詳細喎！還有，當他們聽到一啲壞消息關於教會或者余弟兄，他們當是仇敵攻擊（例如：當他們知道余弟兄唔理老婆，他們就覺得是仇敵攻擊）佢哋唔會理事實，只係將所有壞消息當作從仇敵而來。

1) They imitate the way that Fish prays, including breathing
rhythms. 2) They believe that they know the only best way back to God. They
criticize other church without first hand experience. 3) They jump and yell out
their prayers in the public in a very odd way, which makes others feel
uncomfortable. 4) If you don't follow their way, they will say your spirit is
weak and you need to draw near to God more. 5) They defend Fish without good
reasons. Always say you misunderstood Fish, he didn't mean that, you should
think in his place, etc... 6) They have double standards. Fish can do wrongful
things without apologizing but you can't
